Is there any correlation between the car a person drives and the chance of them being a criminal? Like, do a higher percentage of criminals drive certain models of cars?

I'm curious because I watch and read my city news daily and evertime there is a shooting or armed robbery they say almost the exact same message.

As the owner of a newer Charger seeing this daily is unnerving to me to say the least. Why do petty criminals seem to overwhelmingly drive Chargers?
