A few weeks ago I got some mild hail damage .
About 60 little dents all over my vehicle.
They are only really visible when the light hits them right.
Can I fix this myself?
Any tricks that actually work?

buy the tonkest plunger you can find and give that a try.

Take it to a hail specialist. They heat of the metal and iron out the dents basically

This happened to me op. Sorry to say but you're probably fucked, even if you get it "fixed". Get a fat claim if your insurance covers it and sell the car. The clearcoat might look fine, but in a year it'll start bubbling and flaking.
Hail is the shitbox enthusiast best friend.
You can get great deals because you don't care about the looks of the shitbox anyways.

No, PDR is about massaging the metal back into shape.

That's not how PDR works.

The normal procedure is to use a ball peen hammer to make millions of other tiny dents so you don't notice the ones from hail. Body shops won't tell you, but this is something you can do at home!
Kinda like how polishing a car works...you don't get rid of the fine scratches when you polish a car, you add millions of tiny fine scratches that masks them.
