so I recently got a magnetic smartphone holder for my dash, but the suction cup keeps coming off
any good way to fix this? I don't want to just attach it to the windshield, I want this on my dash

My buddies came with a flat round plastic plate with 3m already attached to that. Stick it to dash then suction to that.

3m tape is your friend. Don't be afraid to bend up some styrene or whatever to contour to your dash.

Use some silicon. It'll never fall off and you'll be able to clean it off later when you want to remove the stand.
