>Rent car so I don't wear my car out on 900 mile trip
>Sign papers ect.
>Get keys and get in car
>Go to step on clutch
>404 clutch not found
>Every fucking time because there's no rental company that provides manuals because most people couldn't drive them
I would pay an extra 20 dollars to have the option for a manual in a rental car, but of course we have the "I don't want to take the day and a half it takes to learn stick" people

It's bad enough retards abuse automatic cars like they're takumi

Also another compelling argument against rental companies having manuals.
You'd have people who think they were hot shit and rip through clutches like there's no tomorrow
I just honestly want just want manuals to be great again but unfortunately that'll never come. I know I should get with the times but manual is pretty much the only thing i've driven since I was 15.

Autist. You just spent more money than you'd have wiped off the value of your car.

To be honest, even if the car was manual transmission, the clutch would still not be found.
Probably burned to shit and slipping like a motherfucker.

It's not worth it to them, OP. They'd probably have to charge you $200 extra to make it worth it to them. And you wouldn't pay it. So they don't even bother.
