AWD 325hp, 350 lb ft tq,
Is This suppose to compete with WRX STI, EVO etc?
Is it faster stock for stock?
no, look at its curb weight.
its a good half ton more than a sti.
what does it compete with? no idea
No. The WRX is a sporty car for kids, this is a luxury econobox for adults. Soft suspension, comfy seats, heavy as fuck, quiet inside and out.

is only about 300lb heavier then the wrx and 200 heavier then the evo and alot more torque and little more hp
its the adult version of the focus rs
It's supposed to compete with the V6 Camry, Accord, etc. Ford just realized that people eat up AWD (It's fake haldex btw) and that they already have an engine that outperforms their competition.
>EVO
>35k for a ford sedan
The market is saturated at that price point. You can get an awful lot of car for 35K these days.

In Euroland top end Fusions (called the Mondeo in EU) compete with entry level versions of the 3 series and A4. Ford North America is trying something similar in the US now. I'd take one these over an equivalently priced A4, not a 3 series though. RWD > FWD bias.

Ford dealers have ridiculous discounts though. You could probably walk away with one of these for $30,000 if you played your cards right.

This, optioned out v6 camrys are like 40k but still don't offer awd. Ford is offering AWD and a lot more for your money. Some people feel like they really need AWD so Ford is just trying to take some sales from Toyota because the Camry is still going to sell a fucking million units due to meme reliability.

if by adult you mean elderly then yes

Who cares? It's a boring midsized sedan. It's for cucks whose wife won't let him buy an actual fun car.

I just read a few reviews of this car. They aren't positive
Focus RS has a 4cyl turbo and makes 350hp. People say its quick, but they thought it'd be quicker.
Fusion Sport has 325hp from a 6cyl turbo. It won't feel fast, and it's far too heavy.
Overall, C-

Ford wins again
