Hi /o/, I really need your help

>took my car to some bootleg trailer park mechanic to change main seals (bad move, I know)
>when I get it back the transmission is in all kinds of fukt.
>first time I got it it was clunking and shifting late, so the guy tells me "ohh lmao forgot the transmission mount"
>he replaced that but now it doesn't clunk but still shifts at redline

I did lots of "research" and I changed the fluid and adjusted the kickdown Cable all the way as loose as I can and it made shifting around where it's supposed to but it's still too high and makes the car jerk foward a little? Any help?

Thanks for the advice, I'm taking my car to legitimate mechanics now, and that's if I can't to the repair myself, my dad got pissy about the oil stains in the driveway so he offered to pay the mechanic in the condition it was this guy. It sucks being poorfag
