Brake Check: you need dashcam with date and time in display. The car that did the check is at fault.

Road Rage: The road rager is at fault for forcing you to hit someone. Again you will have to prove it with dashcam. Hopefully witnesses also have dashcam of their own to hammer that road rager into a legal coffin.
