In florida, the DMV doesn't do inspections. However, you'll get pulled over by a cop if one of your lights are out or something is really wrong with your car. I run race cams in my k24 and literally no one cares.

Tokico Illumina shocks + Ground Control coilover + Eibach 400/275 springs (or 700/400 if you want to be a track superstar). A little expensive, but then you can mess around with adjusting the shocks and ride height. Mite wanna install sways while you're at it.
