I learned to drift on simulators. The first time I got to actually drift in real life was in a '92 Ranger offroad.

It has a pedal handbrake, so rather than clutch kicking the fuck out of a truck that wasn't my own, I tried to heel toe the handbrake and clutch.

Long story short, it's really fucking impractical.
