>you will never EVER be a billionaire with your own private track you can shred it up on any time you want without normies getting in the way
>you will never be able to order any perfectly restored meme mobile you want on whim and drive it on said track as hard as you want because if something breaks you can just hire someone to perfectly restore it again

How does this make you feel?
>>
how could i do this if i was a billionaire? i would have too many responsibilities. plus the insurance company wouldn't want me doing that.
>>
Craigslist has some good shit, plus I could just restore it myself with some buds. No harm done.
>>

Makes me feel relieved to not be autistic ill tell ya what.
>>
I have no desire to own a private track. Speeding on public roads is the majority of the fun.
>>
>>17287766
If I lived near a track it wouldn't be such a problem but the only thing near me is a drag strip and that's retarded I want to whip around corners in an underpowered Japanese shitbox not be a faggot that drives his otherwise useless car in a straight line

You don't need to be a billionaire... You could pull it off for a couple mill.

>Buy 200 acres of land in Canada for $500k
>rent some earth moving machinery or buy some old used shit
>form a track
>pay a couple mill to get it paved
>?????
>>
>>17287863
The only land that cheap is useless garbage land that can't be built on 2 hours from the nearest city. My parents are selling their 40 acre plot for 1.2 mil and it's a 15 min drive from town and half the land is forest.
>>
>>17287888
There's tones of farm land that can't be used for farming anymore for cheap. You just gotta find shit not near forests, mountains and cities. Nobody wants it so it goes for cheap. I've seen quite a few dirt race tracks on google earth around here. Some people even have private 9 hole golf courses on their land.
>>
>>17287766
Do you really need to be a billionaire to buy some land and put some asphalt in a circuit shape on it? If you want it to be huge, that's gonna be expensive, sure, but your average millionaire could pull it off, anyone can do it if it's just a slightly larger kart track.
>>
>>17287945
The asphalt would be the most expensive part. A 1 mile driveway can cost over $200k to pave.
>>
>>17287916
Yeah we actually have a little dirt oval out back for dirt bikes. I guess you probably could get defunct farm land for pretty cheap. I've just never seen anything like 200 acre/500k unless it's like a fucking swamp. Also keep in mind the "crown land" there's a ridiculous amount of land here owned by the government that nobody can touch

Do you want premium race track asphalt with FIA and government approvement and a 500m, 20m wide straight? If it's just for your private enjoyment, you can do cheaper and you don't need a mile for some fun corners. Your car doesn't have the power to be fun on straights anyway. And you can do this in literally buttfuck nowhere on extremely cheap land.
>>
>>17287863
you need to get the track repaved every couple years and that would cost a fortune
>>
>>17288534
>you need to get the track repaved every couple years
Just how many races would you host? It'll last virtually forever if it's just one car doing a couple of laps every other day.
>>
>>17288534
Not if you and a couple friends are the only ones using it. It doesn't need to be as smooth as a F1 track. Crack sealer will work fine.
>>
I feel like challenge accepted bitch.

I just play Gran Turismo
