Nürburg so I can be a traffic obstacle in my slow shitbox and ruin the race of cars five times the price. The other races are too fast and evenly matched, also their courses are too short and boring with the exception of Sarthe maybe.

Le Mans Moto and Bol d'Or also look like fun if baiku races are valid responses.
