Easy, follow these steps of increasing difficulty. If you can't handle doing #1, then you probably couldn't handle #4 if you tried it.

1) keep it clean and maintained throughout, don't rice it, and you're good.

2) If your model had a sportier package, look into how you might upgrade it to that.

3) Getting an aftermarket exhaust to make it louder is enough modding for some people, but if you go down this route, don't go too loud or you'll end up looking stupid instead of cool.

5) If there's already been people who have added turbo's to the same make & model you have, look into how those turned out so you have a better idea of what you'd be getting out of it. (For example, a turbo on my car would provide minimal gains and make it sound like the whistling of a tiny jet engine, not worth it)
