For my normal purchase price of <$2000? Sure. My fox only has about 340 and chances are the car youre talking about will be a fuckload comfier.

No because I know it would be pushed to its limits on a daily basis. I rather have a 400 hp v8 since it has some breathing room.

Except with an engine that uses literally any other configuration. The Evora, F-Type, and Ford GT sound pretty good, but that's about it. A great sounding V6 is still worse than an okay I5/V8/V10/V12.
