Painting a single box side is about $700. The ding would add another hour of shop time which is $100/hour. Shop rates vary state to state but $800 taxes excluded is a rough estimate to go off of.
Depending on your deductible and plan, it might be worth it to put it through your insurance.

The scratches appear to be too wide and large to properly correct with touch up paint / polishing, especially on such a high-value, new truck.
