The thing about military Humvees is that they are not registered to be on the road. Due to finally decommissioning them the government has made it simpler to get them road legal but I wouldn't know how that works if you're going to send it to a different country anyway. As other anons said, the H1 is a better deal. They have better engines and the interior isn't made for disposable grunts.

HMMVs are shit. Loud, uncomfortable, and not meant to drive over 55 mph especially for long periods. Why would you want them? Gas would cost you a lot of money plus they don't even make parts for them any more.
