A clean stock civic for 3k. No simple mods necessary
a bus pass
Get an Integra GS-R or a Type R and do some mods to it
>b-but muh FF!
Get over it. It's literally the best handling FWD car ever made (look it up), and looks sporty enough. Plus, the impossible-to-kill Honda 4-cylinder with VTEC makes it sporty enough to make up for the less-than-desirable 190 HP of the ITR. Combine that with some good weight reduction and you'll have a good ~2,450 pound sports car that handles amazingly.

>>17249823
Holden Commodore. It's only 100kg over your weight limit.
>no fieros with bodykits

>>17250069 TTs come in a non turbo v6 which is what I was referring to not the Quattro which has the turbo, it was a serious referral
>>17249823
Porsche 924/944
>Scion FRS/Subaru BRZ
>Nissan 350z/370z
>Hyundai Genesis Coupe (assuming you can get over the gook meme and go for the pigfat v6 version)
>BMW M2 (manual just under 3500lbs)
>BMW M3 (e46 and under, didnt say cant have 30 year old german shitboxes)
>BMW Z3/Z4/Z8
>Audi S4
>Audi TT
Didn't specify price, these are the only cars that think of the top of my head that fit your requirements perfectly. I can name a few more but too damn lazy.
