In order to do this you would need to exert more force on the car than the car could exert on you. Of course, the road would equal your force and the car would be the casualty. Also need to account for the fact that the car went from highway speed to a halt, meaning there isn't just a huge amount of force exerted on the car between you and the road, but also a tremendous amount of force exerted in the opposite direction of the way the cat was traveling
