the speed limit is set to a road based on what speed people tend to average on that road generally. It's not a sign that tells you it's the maximum safe speed its a calculated value. Speed bumps and such are items placed on a road when the road can safely be travelled much faster than the posted limit but the designers don't want you to due to pedestrian traffic etc.

There was a guy on here who put brake fluid in his washer reservoir, and had the rear wiper spray rigged so it would just blast straight out the back of the vehicle instead of onto the rear window. He said he got quite a few tailgaters nice and wet with that.

People who speed up when I signal that I am going to change lanes. I now don't care what happens anymore. When someone tries to speed up like this, I speed up too and marge making them slam on their brakes. The sound of impotent rage as they lay on the horn when I pass is music to my ears. You can honk all you want but nobody held a gun to your head and forced you to step on the gas.
