Why does /o/ hate/ignore lancers?
>>17225707
Because the only lancers worth a shit are evos, which are way out of o's price range
>>17225707
I want a Lancer ;_;
>>17225716
Why don't more people just turbo regular lancers?
>>17225729
Because the motors, transmissions, and drivetrain are shit compared to the Evo. Even the unibody is weaker. It's literally a forgettable commuter car, except it isn't an engine swap away from being passable like the old Hondas.
>>17225729
Because the only redeeming feature of an evo is the drive train, without that you would be better off turning a civic
>shitsubishi anything
I seriously thought Mitsubishi just went under or something.
Every time I see a lancer I immediately assume it's a contrarian who wanted an Impreza but didn't want to get one because too many other people have one.
>>17225707
I don't hate them to be fair, I'm looking at one for sale and the only thing holding me back is the shitty, hard plastic, basic, interior

Im not the average fagg/o/t that needs at least 300hp to be able to merge onto the highway
There's nothing too bad about them as a commuter car. They are pretty cool looking econoboxes in my opinion. Mitsubishi let the current model stagnate for a decade though. It would be nice if they decided to update them but they probably won't.
>>17226484
instead of updating it Mitsubishi is killing the Lancer now too.
>>17225707
Because it's a piece of shit that's only remembered for the Evo.
>>17225707
Because it's been unchanged for 10 years and it's worse than a 3k civic.
