Never said that. Stancers are cancer, too.
>At least brotrucks are quick and don't need to slow down to 1mph to navigate a speed bump.
My problem with brotrucks is that they're done simply BECAUSE TRUCK. They don't haul or carry, they don't off-road. They don't even travel at speed correctly. If it doesn't involve unreciprocated stoplight pulls, cutting off smaller cars, going to AutoZone for more Monster stickers, or going to the clubs for another no-hitter night, it doesn't happen. Brotrucks do the exact same shit as coal rollers, minus the aforementioned coal rolling.

No. I maintain my truck and don't want it to perform like shit since I actually use the damn thing for truck duties.

I've got a single stack in the Landcruiser. I tow boats as part of my job and on a longer trip the trailer and stem/port quarter would slowly foul up but no longer an issue with the pipe behind the cab. Still plenty of tray to use.

If the same engine was in a light aerodynamic frame it would probably be a 6 second car that can also corner and brake eternally better. People hardly ever daily 8 second cars, let alone trucks, and brodozers are most often daily drivers with a 0-60 of 8 seconds that the drivers think are "quick".

Keep in mind these trucks are pretty quick from the factory with 800+ft/lbs of torque. Guys don't crank the fuel to just make smoke, they do it to get more power. 1200ft/lb at the wheels will get 150lbs of wheels and tire going pretty damn quick.

>>17232546
I've been in a lot of lifted brotrucks going down logging roads at stupid speeds. They can handle fine. Your 60hp diesel clownbox wouldn't stand a chance on a twisty road against a properly tuned diesel truck.

The keyword is "drown the engine". As soon as it starts smoking it's reached peak power and it's only a sign that you've gone too far on your fuel tune.
>>
>>17232735
1200ft/lb is impressive, but that's a lot of money for something that's not a whole lot quicker than a stock STi or FoRS (just a few examples, not shilling vapemobiles) on the straights, let alone corners.

If you want to fly down logging roads wouldn't it be cheaper to mod a car wth rally-esque suspension, as opposed to a truck? A gas car would also have quicker throttle response and breaking, correct?

Anyway, I do drive a truck, and I admit that trucks do have the advantage in go anywhere capability, and cosmetic appeal to certain people, but cars are just simply more bang for buck in performance, and quite sexy to me.
>>
>>17232866
>implying brotrucks fly down logging roads
All they fly down is suburban roads tailgating people and swerving in and out of traffic without indicators. One of the greatest blights on public roads.
>>
>>17232881
That's true I was just being civil. I do know a diesel tuner who does very good jobs on pavement princesses though, but it's not worth my money or my pride.
>>
>>17232866
A 1200ft/lb brotruck boost launched in 4x4 would destroy those as long as manlet Matt isn't running full retard mode mud boggers.

Even a full WRC prepped car will rip its wheels off if you fuck up slightly and don't have much clearance. You can't beat the utility of a 4x4 when the going gets really tough or winter.

I don't support it either but their quickness is pretty impressive for something that size and they're a million times more useful than a sports car.

>>17232881
Of course that's all you see as you look out the bus window. Try leaving the basement and go to the bush sometime.

>>
>>17232943
>1200ft/lb truck would destroy...
Well yes, but if you put the same amount of money you put into the truck into a similarly priced car, it would smoke the truck, because weight n shiet.

>Trucks are better in winter
There's no weight over the driving wheels, and 4x4 is almost always part time. Full time AWD on a well balanced vehicle would be best for snow. Painful to say, but maybe a Subaru crossover would be best?

Again, I admit it is very impressive moving so much mass so quickly, but it's so unnecessarily expensive and ugly to me. I wouldn't want to associate myself with that crowd either.

It's doesn't cost a lot get to 1200lbs in a diesel truck. Diesels are built strong to begin with. Most diesel trucks in that range are running a mostly stock engine and drivetrain.

Even the best awd systems don't come close to 4x4 with weight in the bed and some form of limited slip or locking diffs in winter. That Subaru with 3 inches of ground clearence will leave you fucked if you slide into a ditch. With a good truck you might have a slightly better chance of getting out which matters when it's -40 out and there's no cell reception.

tldr: There's nothing wrong with making your daily drive more fun to drive. Don't think your "above" a brotruck driver in your stanced Civic. Your both on the same level.

Pic is very obviously shopped, or he's a strangely proportioned midget. Either way this pic renders a pretty good overview of the kind of self absorbed, insecure microdicks OP wants to fellatio with.
>Mirror the size of torso
>Could almost walk straight in the open door without banging head
>Door handle is as tall as head, mullet, and trukker cap
>feerd logo bigger than his rodeo 4thunner up best pig molester belt buckle
>He can literally crawl down the exhaust to inspect soot buildup on booger-welded homescratch exhaust system assembled by cuzzin Zeek

I hope they try to slalom it at 120 lol
Seriously though most of these style trucks are akin to lowriders and stancemobiles. You pretty much never see them in interstate level traffic. You drive something that radical daily it breaks weekly, and is no fun at all in between.

All soot, no tires? Why not just fill the washer fluid with ATF and put the squirter into the intake? I did this, it's literally push button smoke for free.

Good. Key all coal rollers.

I have no remorse for anyone who drives a huge old truck.

>literally nothing wrong with this
Except for the extra three feet of leverage putting stress on the frame and upsetting the suspension. There's a reason regular hitches are supposed to be as close to the bumper as possible and fifth wheels and semi truck couplings are situated right on top of the rear axle(s).

Wouldnt coal roal myself, but if I could find a tesla, add an engine and coal roal that id do it for laughs.

I don't mind coal rollers. So long as they're doing it at home, in the garage, with the doors closed.

>google rolling coal
>Rolling coal is the practice of modifying a diesel engine to increase the amount of fuel entering the engine in order to emit an under-aspirated sooty exhaust that visibly pollutes the air.[1] It also may include the intentional removal of the particulate filter.[2] Practitioners often additionally modify their vehicles by installing smoke switches and smoke stacks. Modifications to a vehicle to enable rolling coal may cost from $200 to $5,000.
>Rolling coal is a form of conspicuous air pollution, for entertainment or for protest.[3] Some drivers intentionally trigger coal rolling in the presence of hybrid vehicles (when it is nicknamed "Prius repellent") to taunt their drivers, who are perceived as being environmentally motivated in their vehicle choice. Coal rolling may also be triggered at foreign cars, bicyclists, protesters, and pedestrians.[5][6][7][8] Practitioners cite "American freedom" and "a stand against rampant environmentalism" as reasons for coal rolling.
