What am I missing here? What do I always miss with these kinds of ads?
It's a spam bot that uses your email/phone or whatever other info they can get from you.
bent (something)
trashed second gear
salvage title
no keys
or someone just baiting to rob you $1059
you miss them because they aren't real

No its some guy from nigeria trying to pull a scam.if it is not beat to shit for this price then its a scam
>>17220935
Sort of off-topic question, but what is it that riders do wrong that trashes second gear but not any other gears?
>>17220916
The point of them is that they are obviously too good to be true. That way all of the people too smart to be scammed filter themselves out, and all of the dummies waiting to get buttfucked by a Nigerian reply.

Someone pls respond
New rider and I've never heard of this so I'm now scared
>>17221448
Hard acceleration wears the teeth down over time. It happens to second because it's the gear that riders tend to accelerate the hardest in.
>>17221348
they get a bike that's above their skill level and never get it up to third
>>17221045
oh shit yeah, i didn't actually look at the price somehow
>>17221348
Ricer flybys.
>>17221348
You're not supposed to clutchless shift from first to second because it ruins second gear.
Third, fourth, fifth etc are fine, but it's something to do with neutral being between first and second that means you shouldn't.
A good way to test it is by being in second and rolling on a good amount of power. If it pops into neutral, she's fucked.
t. not an expert
Also OP, that ad's a scam. Price is odd and too low for that bike in that supposed condition.

Nigger scam
Weird dollar price?
Strange wording?
Suspicious email?
Offer to ship due to relocation?
Probably a nigger trying to scam you
>>17222139
Lol clutchless shifting into 2nd doesnt matter. I have never had an issue and only use my clutch to start and stop, been riding 19 years of my life and never had an issue once
>>17222624
>i do it so it must be fine
>>17220916
anytime you see an add where the dollar amount is really weird, much lower than expected value, and not a round number its probably a scam
pic related
>>17222726
why do they do this? do they just google the conversion of whatever they think it's worth in their money
>>17222744
that's a good guess, but I don't know, maybe they just don't get that people here like to use round numbers that can be broken down in 5's and 10's, maybe they pick somewhat random low numbers to avoid spam detection software (?) but it seams asinine
