2017 M3 owner here. Had a coupe before. Happy I got the sedan, much easier to bring friends around etc. Also no huge doors. Also, I like the look of the M3 better than the M4

Since you're using the E90 and E92 M3s, the coupe has the option for the carbon fiber roof while the sedan does not. I think the sedan looks better, and for the E90 M3, is slightly more rigid than the coupe.
