Credit Unions seem to offer good rates. A dealership will submit your application to multiple lenders and give you the best offer if anyone takes you. You can also ask your bank. Wouldn't do over 5% interest. More you can put down the better.

Go search for a used car you can pay mostly with cash, or if you finance, get it paid for within a year or so, your credit is really good, don't fuck yourself with auto debt ever.

You can probably get financed for $14k anywhere desu. Banks typically offer better interest rates than dealerships but neither is going to turn you down.

Best decision is to go with the bank just to build credit with them. If they see that you pay off your loan without issue then you have a much better chance of securing a mortgage or bigger loans down the line while the dealership loan would serve no other purpose beyond it's face value.
