Hey br/o/s, have never really been a fan of merican' muscle but the new 4 cylinder turbo chebby released has spiked my interest. I feel like it has potential, perhaps even in a 90s jap car sort of way like with the supra or [insert whatever God Machine is anon's favorite here]. Would buying one of these be a bad idea?
>inb4 new cars are a waste meme
of course I would wait a year or so to buy a used base model in manual

It's a GM.
It's a POS
Just get a focus rs

80's Taurbo Mustang
A 10 year old Cadillac produces more power and weighs about the same as the modern Camaro.
Get a GTO or slightly older Camaro with the LS3 and you'll run circles around your "god machine"

would be pretty gud, but think will be able to find a used camaro for cheaper considering they start at 26k new compared to the focus' 37k

but that defeats the purpose. I'm drawn to the 4cly because I believe it may have potential for higher displacement with the addition of aftermarket parts and a tune

Wut. It's a brand new engine so I doubt it'll get a stroker kit soon. The LS series has aftermarket and tunability to the moon.

The turbo4 in the Camaro is just a modern Cobalt SS engine. Not saying thats a bad thing as in the cobalts they've been able to handle up to around 400 hp with stock internals. However you're gonna get called a fag either way for not having a veee ayte
