I work at a Benz dealer we usually have one Maybach in stock. And yes we've taken RR's and Bentleys on trade.

In this day and age, they're all reskinned versions of a lesser vehicle, but that doesn't make them any less special.
It really all comes down to personal preference in terms of styling and options.

Believe it or not, the RR/B comes off as "flashy" where a Maybach can more or less blend in with a sea of S-classes. i.e. NYC, etc. Yet the people who would know the difference, would know. Maybach has a more uniform look when you are traveling with other MB cars as well.

Maybach is the $10k business suit, where RR/B is bespoke yacht wear from YSL.

Maybach gives you more bang for your buck in terms of luxury. Plus they are much more understated. You have to know what to look for to find out its a Maybach.
Best premium luxury sedan in my opinion.
