I need to beat a 2012 mustang GT. They have about 430 ponies and I have about 10k to spend to beat it. I was thinking about buying a cheap crown Vic and strapping some turbos to it or maybe a bike? Any advice would be appreciated
Just buy a 2003 CL600 for ~$10k
It will probably spank the mustang stock
If not you can chip it to 650-700hp cheap
$3000 litre sport bike will shit all over the mustang in a straight line

Holy shit I'm getting this

Straight line? Track?
A Bike would beat it but you'll either kill yourself or people will dismiss you victory. I would buy a cheap as possible LS1 and turbo it.

Nitrous is way cheaper

>Crown Vic as cheap as possible, probably not running
>Spend the other 9500 stuffing as much displacement in it as you can bargain for.
fuck h8ters

Beefing up a crown vic engine is like putting fake tits on a pig. not much of a point.
your better off engine swapping or just getting a better car meant to go fast.

Grab a JY teksid block out of a mark VIII, throw some C heads on it, eaton swap, throw a beefed up 4r70 behind it or a t56 for cool guy point, buy a 05+ so you already have 31 spline axles.
Could be done on the relative cheap if you shopped around.

A built F-body will cost less than 10k and spank a Coyote any day.

>FRPP racing pulley set

Here's your answer

Get the cheapest liter supersport you can find and you'll shit on most supercars, let alone mustangs. Or get a high displacement scooter if you're more into dig racing.

That is true I would have to learn how to ride it haha. The reason I actually need beat the mustang is just between friends so a bike would still be fine
