I would have to say Buick is the closest we have that fits your criteria. They are selling like hot-cakes as a high end prestigious car in China. They are all stretched out so the back seats are huge, since they usually are chouffered (sp?) around.
I think Ford does the same thing, not sure if they're badged as Lincolns or what.
