Thought I snapped a leaf spring or hub stud or similar after hooking it out of a carpark. The noise was pretty loud.
Drove back into the carpark really slowly and checked everything underneath.

Not my car, but heard the sound of a water pump chewing up ice.

Transprting wood hanging out of an open window. At a certain speed (60 or 70 kmh) it would make a very weird and loud noise which was really uncomfortable to listen to. Hard to describe.

Underrated post to the tenth degree.

When my parents car drives at highway speeds with a window open, it makes this pulsating air pressure fluctuation that feels like it's gonna bust your eardrums. I've sort of experienced it in other cars too and they're all modern bar-of-soap designs. Pieces of shit are too aerodynamic. Never happened in my old land barge or 80s hatchback or muscle cars I've been in.

What I think must be a fucked alternator pulley makes my 1.2l shitbox sound as loud as a truck when its idling.

I'm pretty sure it's the belt because the pump works fine otherwise. I'm just a cheap fuck and haven't replaced the belt yet.
