I need a car to commute to work this summer, is the high mpg worth it?
>all beat up
>high mileage
>runs good
yeah, I doubt that. at least the interior is clean

It's a piece of shit. Buy something clean instead.
how the FUCK is that "good condition"?
also, no way in hell this car has a "new" battery. those batteries are easily >3k alone.
also what the heck happened with the middle console?
also look at all that rust hinted in several images.
what a pile of shit, the car too.
lmao thanks guys, any suggestions for a 1200$ limit?

Used bike

A bicycle. You should never buy a car for less than $2000 if you're trying to get a reliable dd.

They use regular car batteries to senpai
I can guarantee you that the batteries in that Prius that the hybrid motors uses are as good as dead. Those batteries will cost literally twice the price of the car
If you want a dependable car, look for used honda civic or toyota corolla. You can ocassionally find good deals for one in okay condition, however given your budget of 1200, you should save until you have at least 2500 before looking for a car that isn't a hunk of rust on wheels

But it says they are replaced.

Prius has 2 batteries. One is the regular one, the other is the expensive one.

Besides, if it's really new batteries you can buy that car and sell the batteries for a profit.
So you know it's dead batteries.
