Name it and I've probably seen it, thanks to living in LA and going to Pebble Beach and other concours events and to the original Cars & Coffee.

I'd guess that out of cars that saw any kind of production, it'd be a Cizeta V16T (Rodeo Drive concours, 10-ish years ago) or a Vector W8 (C&C, just before they left the old Irvine location.)

I don't have pictures of either of those, so here's a Bizzarrini that I saw race at the Monterey Historics in 2012. I don't think this is as rare as the other two, but it's still pretty uncommon.

Peel P50 comes to mind, only 47 made. Though to be completely fair that was in a museum. I saw a factory supercharged Qvale Mangusta in an import garage in Florida. According to them there were only ever three of them. Wasn't a different model though, just a factory option.

I haven't seen anything notably rare just out and about on the street.

Yes they can, they have paddle shifters and a manual mode on the regular shifter.

I used to see a Futurliner pretty frequently when I was a kid, rusting away on a side street in the San Fernando Valley. I'm pretty sure it's the one that was owned and restored by Bob Valdez, but I'm not sure where it is now, the last info I can find is that it was up for sale in 2008.

Speaking of things I saw when I was a kid, I used to go past Dean Jeffries' old shop on the way to school every day, and this thing was parked out front for years. It was in pretty bad shape after sitting outside for 20 years (it would've been '98-'00 or so), looks like it's since been restored.

Oddly enough my only wild Huyara sighting was at Anime Expo.

I found out later that it was actually a Pagani demo car and had just come from an event put on by a car club/industry group that I'm a member of, and the driver was as surprised to stumble across AX as I was to see a Huyara there.

Ferrari LaFerrari. Someone locally collects Ferraris and has one.
There's a bunch of classic ones as well, but I can't identify those on sight.

The rarest vehicle is probably the Tiger tank, and 50% of the Tank Museum's collection.is rare and one-off vehicles they were given when the army had finished playing with them.
With the rest being half captured vehicles and half basic british army vehicles. There's also a scattering of foreign ones they've had donated for display, like the S-tank and their pack of Leopard 1s.

A turn of the century Rolls replica, known to locals as "Cruella De Ville's car". Seen it a few times going at fucking ballistic speed, never seen it parked. Nobody seems to know who the driver is.
