Just fucking rip open a ferrari engine or a sports car engine and place it in a metal, glass fiber, or carbon fiber chassis. Go full F1 or group C and try to rip off basic suspension and interior parts from other cars and save weight everywhere else.

The biggest issue with these is just the short wheel base so you're going to have a lot of instability at high speeds. That's why the SW20 is a much better choice than the AW11 on the highway, because it's much more stable. You'd have to compensate with aerodynamics and downforce which is going to mean you'll need more horsepower to achieve the same speeds as the other cars and you still might not be as stable.
I'd be scared as fuck to take a short wheel base car like a Miata above 160mph.

I'd assume it was legit if RE has something on it. I've just heard about a lot of people putting those stickers on a trying to claim being in the group. Almost all of the known cars have the windshield banner don't they? That's what gives me skepticism.
Or maybe there are different steps up in the club and only the top members get the banner which would explain why we see those cars much more often. I really don't have an idea though.
