trucks have become too big and expensive to be used for field work. now you have to buy overgrown golf carts to use as trucks.

If you're american and you think that there doesn't exist trucks under the size of a Tacoma then sure

Your doing something wrong OP

Overgrown golf carts that cost as much as a new truck.
CAFE has to be abolished. Too bad automakers are making too much profit selling fat ass trucks.

Well, what do you want - a Skoda Pickup?
You kinda do need these vehicles to be a little bit big so you can actually carry stuff. As for them getting bigger; like any vehicle they are affected by safety regulations

i want something exactly like my current S-10, but with out 17 years of wear and tear.
>>17113045
Well, I'm afraid that pretty much all new trucks will be "bloated" in your aspect, as the Colorado is just the same size as our eurotrucks, and there doesn't really exist anything smaller even here
Still... thats a pretty darned small garage if you cannot fit a Colorado in it
Small Japanese truck > large American golf cart.

Those "compact" trucks are barely smaller than full size trucks.

What's the truck in your pick?

>>Under $1000
If that thing is in just ok shape, it's like $4k in the greater DC area.
