Nowadays I only payday weekends, pocketing yourself an extra $1000 for 30 hours isn't bad, and got a full time job doing something else. One of the main reasons I use uber is because it's cashless. I'm not gonna tip a guy who doesn't actually go through the effort to become a legitimate driver. Uber was created as a way for people to make some extra cash not to be a full time job.
