Pretty sure he's thinking of clutch braking where you dump the clutch without bothering to revmatch, which can cause the tires to lock and puts stress on basically everything.

Also you can totally downshift without the clutch beeteedubs, once there's no load on the transmission give the stick a slight push towards neutral and it'll slip right out of gear like dick in your mom's cunt, same for going back in, blip and put pressure towards the gear you want, it should drop right in once the speeds are matched.
Takes a bit of practice but it's neat for saving the clutch if it's already going and impressing your grandmother while you drive her to the doctor's for the fifth time this week.

I drive in a big city and I'm like you. I understand what you mean.

It's largely immigrants with licences from third world countries. They then teach their children so their kids have no idea how to drive either. Also, a lot of people getting their licence later and later in their life. Public transport is usable in the city so you have a lot of people getting their licence in their 30s or even 40s and proceeding to drive like a teenager. Or perhaps a milder version of themself as a teenager, but still.

Everyone gets to the point where they chill out in heavy traffic (if they're alive). It takes some longer than others. Some people even start out that way. A friend of mine skipped the whole teenager phase just by starting to drive at 20. Me I didn't chill out until after a big accident at 27. It kind of starts to make sense why insurance companies don't lower rates until you're over 30

Old 125/250cc 2T sport bikes are really nimble.

Most if not all touring bikes do not have rigid enough frames/front ends/rear ends and their suspension is tuned for comfort not for performance. They weigh a lot as well.
