turn the weel approximately 180° counter clock wise

how did you do it in the first place ?
You buy a new wheel.
Uh, what steering angle would you have if you put it in gear and then held the swheel in place and applied throttle?
>>17065532
Put it in first or drive, apply the throttle to get the steering wheel latch greased, take out the steering wheel (but don't let the wheels turn!), then put it back in the way it was originally. Should be good.

By selling it and buying a decent car.

Take wheel off
Put wheel back on correct way
Fixed
>>17065532
Detach the steering shaft from your power steering rack, turn the wheel and keep turning it until it meets light resistance and you hear a light snap sound, then reassemble.
