No I don't smell burning. I've burned the clutch before on a hill so I know the burning smell. Also you can feel it in your foot if the clutch isn't fully disengaged (you feel the friction). I don't think it's grinding sound. I watched some videos to see what it sounds like because I never actually ground the gears. The crunch is coming from the shifter.

coolant gauge was normal, everything else was normal. Finally figured out it was a shitty engineering decision. The ignition control module mounted on the distributor is sensitive to heat, and on warmish days after 40ish minutes of driving, it'd finally shut itself off, taking the truck with it. Let it cool down, and it works as normal until it heats up again.

Fuck you, Ford. I'm glad you lost the class action suit about this shit.

Been doing that for the past 3 days...it stops today.
I think its the cable that links the door handle to the latch mechanism being hooked when it was locked so when I unlock it, it is extended too far to open the door.
Doodah mistake and this will be the 8th time I've had this door panel off for door handle related issues.
Solved one, made another.
