Happened to me a few times, they claimed my oil was sludge even though it fucking wasn't. I'm a chemist and I took a sample from my cars oil and ran a bunch of tests at work and found that there was nothing wrong it it. Shut them up for a few months before another faggot claimed my oil was dirty

You can usually just provide receipts of service or the receipt of the oil and filter you bought. But sometimes they're dicks and claim it doesn't count
