Mate of mine had an 80's Starlet. Thing was a total rustbucket, he'd bought it for a few hundred eurobucks and it didn't want to start when there was more than one person in it.
It was fucking hilarious.

What do you mean? Because of the horribly downtuned engine, which is bigger than the 2E in the P8 but makes the same power? Just put in a Corolla manifold + ECU and maybe injectors and air intake to get the air resonance right. Whatever, I'm gonna do a 5E-FE swap this summer.

Also make sure you get the base model without power steering and other meme electronics. Unless you can find one with a sunroof, that is.

What country do you live in? Gonna call to some junkyards tomorrow to see if they have anything. Don't see many actual E11's on the yard though, so I'll have to be lucky. Another thing you can do is get an exhaust mani from a Paseo I think, you just need to weld some extra bit of piping to make it fit. Though by this point you might as well swap the 4E-FE with something else I guess... It's just not easy getting more than 100 bhp from a 1.3L without a turbo.
