I don't think he necessarily meant that. How much do A3s go for? Find one to test drive and see how it compares to the A4. At 5+ years old, the luxury badge premium isn't as much as when buying new.

I do not think the color is gay, but you may need a few mods to give it a man card.

i talked to one seller yesterday hes willing to sell 2009 a3 with petrol engine 147kwh(199bhp) for 6500euro. The car itself seems to have most of the luxury thing, like multifunction wheel, gps with screen, heaten/leather seets, the special black roof( i forgot how its called).

A4 seems to go around 7500 euro for similar year, i havent talked to any seller yet, maybe i could it get at lower price.

I have a 2008 a3 and while it's boring the interior is very well built, not a single rattle or noise and it's never had a fault besides a dead battery ( but It was the original factory and it only died last year )

My VW R32 was that colour; pretty nice, one of the better colours for not showing up dirt imo. Also not the common the colour (least in the UK)
