Anyone been to the drag strip this season? What ETs are you getting?

bump
>>17030308
bet you're proud of that one

all dragstrips do is show how much money you sink in one of the least important aspect of your car.
Drag racing is like stance: you sink money into your car, you get noticed by the community. You don't actually need to know how to drive just that your car has the approved parts
I went last season. Lost the slip, but she ran a 22.9 at 59.6 mph
Too you yurops, that's slow as fuck
>>17030351
>Be at red light in the left lane
>Need to get 4 lanes to the right
>Fastest car has the easiest time doing so
Much more applicable than who has the highest cornering g force
>>17030351
>least important aspect of your car
your opinions are unwelcome here
kindly go back to shitposting simulated lap times of cars you've never driven.
A bit off-topic but do any of you faggots know how I can get involved in drag racing? I don't want to do it seriously or be on a team or anything..I just want to take my street bike casually and compete against myself for lap times

I've got a bike for the turns
9.5 @ 77 mph
granted that was like 5 years ago
>>17030481
just go to the track during test and tune nights
>>17030509
No
>>17030507
1/8 mile?
>>17030539
Has to be
>>17030537
I'm currently nogf, just banging sloots off tinder
>>17030539
yeah the closest 1/4 mile track to me is 3 hours away and fuck that when I go for for 40 minutes to the 1/8 mile
other people with similar mods run high-mid 14s though so I guess I would be around there
>>17030393
>Running a 22 second car on the strip
That, unironically, sounds like a shitload of fun.
>>17030727
It was genuinely fun and really demoralizing. I raced a gtr, two of his cars could have run back to back before I got to the light
