So yesterday anon reminded me I had a Innova 3130c diagnostic tool collecting dust.
I plugged it in today and got these results that I have no idea what they mean:

Look at the wiring for the MAP sensor first. If nothing is wrong there, then replace the MAP sensor

I know this says the ECU can be a problem, but I have NEVER run into a situation where the ECU was the problem. It's ALWAYS something else.

try unplugging the MAP sensor and then starting it. If it runs fine with the MAP sensor unplugged, replace the MAP sensor
