Honestly, the ARB/Currie industries valve remover type gauges are fantastic.
I had the set/forget Staun tyre deflators years and years ago, but I never really trusted them to maintain a consistent valve pressure.

This one's gonna offer better protection including the headlights and entire grille, but it'll weigh far more and may decrease your approach angle if it sticks out very far. On the other hand if it's big enough it can actually house the winch on the inside of the bumper for protection.

I'm more worried about departure angles than anything really, I already managed to bend one of my fog lamps pretty bad coming down from a steep incline and smash my trailer hitch into the ground doing the same thing in reverse. What is that a 1500lb?

You don't want a winch that is almost rated pull your vehicle, you want a winch that is rated to pull at least 1.5x your vehicle, preferably 2x.

The entire point of a bumper like this >>17022971 is that you can bang it into stuff and not worry about it. It's there to protect the vehicle.

The entire concept of using a Forester for regular trail use is retarded anyway.

I'm not sure why he put that on his rig.
It's a trailer hitch, you can stick whatever winch in there you want. I'd like to think if I went that route I'd do something along the lines of rigging something like these two together.

As for the other one, I like the idea of it, I'm just worried about it fucking my already abysmal departure angle. Do you think it would really matter?
>>
>>17022152
Just get a set of chains...its cheaper than lol winch. If you get a winch that means u have to go dual battery or risk killing your battery.
>>
>>17024034
>if you get a winch that means u have to go dual battery or risk killing your battery.
This is factually incorrect. 95% of people I have rode and continue to trail ride with has used a single battery (most are stock) for innabush winching. And these are the same people who have the money to put their Rubicons on 37s riding around for 5+ years.

The only time you (((need))) a dual battery setup is if you are overlanding (which is rarely done by these suburban Jeep setups here)
>>
>>17023686
>that fucking link

>4wheelparts
Are you in Southern Onterrible?

If so, the store also has a trailer hitch mounted winch setup if you have the 4 prong connexion in the rear and wires up in the front. Rear recovery is a godsend when you need it. The plate is also cheaper than that Barrie thing you just posted.
>>
>>17022152
Lower your tire pressure
Winch is good
Lockers are good
Beefy tires with a very aggresive/blocky pattern, aswell as a self-cleaning design and siping
Lower the weight of the vehicle
>>
>>17024034
Leave the truck running when you winch. No need for dual battery just for winching.

¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I just picked a random winch mount and 7k LBS winch to give you an idea of what I'm thinking about, the whole point is moot though if I don't choose that bumper.
I really like the idea of being able to pull the winch off and switch it between the front and back as needed, along as storing it at home when I don't need it
>>
>>17024469
I've been to that 4wd store like 3 times and the Cabelas a bajillion times. Only the Cabelas is worth going to anymore since all these 4x4 stores are owned by people who are more specialised car salesmen.
... though they're the best ones in the province and aren't "truck accessory" stores that try to sell me front grills for $500 and light bars for like $300

>>17024485
Winch at full draw or "rated"?
>>
>>17024485
Or whatever, I'm not looking at winches at the moment anyway in case I don't go that route. The big issue is the bumper, I dislike the OEM plastic one and want something practical that I can use my hi lift on if I need to, the winch is just a bonus.

>>
>>17020119
So some trails in /o/nterrible have designations as actual roads. They turn from paved > gravel > dirt > mud ruts that are only indicated by a small yellow sign. I guess it's the season now when people are no longer afraid of s n o w r o l l i n g. As a result, there are a lot of stock full sized trucks, JKs, TJs, and the occasional sedan that gets lost on these paths.

Had to tow a Chevrolet Volt out yesterday which had no recovery points so we just hooked it onto the door hinges and dragged it out that way.

Anyway here are my fog light beam patterns.

What decent quality and priced All-Terrain tires do you guys recommend?
I doubt I could afford a full set, but my buddy owns a tire shop so I should get a reasonable discount. I really need a newer Pajero for actually driving out there though, the old 4D56T is really unpleasant at 80+ km/h and struggles at 100-110.

Anyone have much experience with the 2.8 or 3.2 diesels?
>>
>>17027611
I own an example of both, a '99 NL 4M40 and an '09 NT 4M41.
The 2.8 is reasonably agricultural, but not really in a bad way. It's geared to do 100km/h at 2700ish rpm. They're still geared short at 4.9:1 to make up for only having 125hp, but not as short as the 5.30ish:1 the 4D56 has. The 4M40 is a much more hardy motor too with a much bigger drivetrain. The gears work well offroad as a bonus.

The 3.2 is a fair bit more refined and geared a lot taller cruising at 100km/h at 2000rpm. I'd be cautious of the 3rd gen NM/NP 3.2s though, as they have an older style electronically controlled distributor type pump that performs well when it works, but costs almost half the price of the vehicle to have rebuilt if/when it fails. I'd readily spend more on a higher mileage common rail 4th gen compared to the older Zexel pump 3rd gen.

Both are brilliant cars for what I paid and I don't regret buying both for the price outlay.
>>
>>17027691
So, either way I'll be getting something better suited for general driving. I really like how economical the 4D56T is, but dear god is it a gutless, leaky, smoky iron anchor.

I'll just have to see what I can get on my budget, which is probably going to mean a 2.8. The last time I put my Paj on the dyno it made all of 56 kw at the wheels with the boost cranked up, so even the 2.8 is going to be a huge difference.

Heh, the 4M40 might make another 15rwkw, but it'll have an easier time doing it.
Also worth noting the first 2 years of the 3rd gen NM retained the mechanical 2.8 and was upgraded to the Zexel 3.2 in 2002. Your budget may stretch to an earlier NM which offers a little more road compliance at the cost of a little extra weight and a non conventional monocoque frame and 4 wheel independent suspension.

My Father actually has an '02 NM 3.2 and regularly averages a bit under 10L/100km. To put that into perspective my 2.8 NL averages about 10-10.5 to the 100km (I drive like a grand-dad).
The CRD NT averages about 9L/100km mixed while peaking between 7-8L/100km on the freeway depending which way the wind's blowing, aircon doesn't seem to have a noticeable impact on economy either.

serious question guys. I want to build something I can fuck around with on trails without spending a dickload of money. but I don't want something that I see every day like an XJ or a Wrangler, and I like Monteros but have had no luck finding a clean one for a reasonable price.

so I have this '02 WJ Laredo 4.0L Selec-trac. it's coming up on 170k and I think the 4.0L is on its way out. but the interior is in good shape and the underside is surprisingly clean. it's a winter beater that my fiancee drives but this year she's going to get something nicer. now if I'm not mistaken, this thing has a D30 in the front and a D35 in the rear so it's pretty much worthless.

so, when I got this '02 Laredo it was to replace an '02 Grand Cherokee Limited. that one had the 4.7L high output engine and the Quadra-drive which gives it, I believe, a D44 in the rear and a D35 in the front, with limited slip. this Jeep was rotted to shit and had serious electrical issues. I gave it to my sister for free because her husband is one of those people that will drive literally anything that starts and drives and he's been driving it for like 3 years now with no interior lights and no heat. but he also bought a slightly less shitty beater and asked me if I wanted it back for parts.

so, if I were to stick with something reasonable like a 4" lift and 285/65R16 all-terrains, and swap the Quadra-drive axles and T-case into my Laredo along with a reman 4.0, would it make for a reliable babbys first off-roader? I don't need it to be anything fancy, but would those axles do okay with that size tire? I don't know dick about axles.

Toyo vs. Nitto anybody? either the Toyo M/T or R/T, or Nitto Trail Grappler or Ridge Grappler. any opinions on these?
>>
So I know nothing about jeeps or offroading in general besides running around muddy fields and my uncle is getting rid of his cherokee because he doesn't need it anymore

>98 Jeep Cherokee sport, 2-door, 4x4, 175k. 4.0\5-speed
>everything works for the most part. The dash gauges flake out every so often. A stern smack on the dash brings them back (I'm guessing loose ground somewhere).
>only real downside I've noticed while dicking around with it is the clutch is REALLY stiff. It takes at least twice the amount of force to actuate in the jeep then it does my hilux. Not sure if this is just a jeep thing or what. it still somehow shifts smoother than my toyota, so I'm guessing its just a heavy clutch. There's also a little rust on both wheel wells. Unibody is straight and rust free, though. My uncle also says on cold days when you first start it its hard to get it in gear. Once its warmed up for a few minutes its fine. Will have to put new tires on it since it running studded snow tires now.

can probably get it for ~1300$, plus however much for new tires + maybe wheels. looks a lot like pic related. wheel wells are a different color and it has a luggage rack on the roof.

pros
>good onroad
>really good offroad
>minimal howl and doesn't shit lugs
>can make my big dumb CCLB actually drive pretty damn good
>thickness of rubber is really damn thick, and they wear pretty well
>generally not too scared of punctures, see thickness
cons
>expensive as all fuck
>have fun convincing discount tire to mount that shit
>motherfucker to get balanced and aligned right
>sidewall thickness (not height, actual rubber thickness) could be better
>would be a motherfucker of a tire to have as a spare
granted, i'm running the 35x12.5R17LT versions but still
overall far and away much better than my old general grabbers but they have their issues.

I've got the R/T as well, 35x12.50R20. with 18k miles they still look like new and they certainly do not disappoint. mine actually balanced really well too, I think the most weight one wheel took was 4.5 ounces. Common issue for these if neglected is the infamous "deathwobble" that can be caused by a number of things (seriously, google the Patrol deathwobble amongst enthusiast forums). Easily picked up on a test drive though. Other things to look for is correct 4x4 transfer case and hub engagement operation, and any other generic shit when looking at second hand vehicles.

The Patrols themselves are more or less bombproof, with H233 diffs front and rear, and a gearbox and transfer that's overkill for the application. Rather agricultural 4x4 that's reasonably fuss free.

Nice. The 35 with twin beams are easier to lift than the retarded torsion bars. I think you can just disk them but you can definitely crank up the arms with premade lift kits. Otherwise, levelling kit is like $300 and can make you fit 31 - 32 (or even 33 inch) tyres with minimal rubbing. Any more and you'll need front and back lifts with regearing, allignments, etc to accommodate up to 37s.

The beams are easier to swap out for a D44 or 50 if you want to go down that path (relative to my torsions). You'll still have to get those shackles changed out, modify the driveshaft placement, and do other nitpicky fabrication work but it's easier and won't cost a small fortune.

How's the 4x4 system? Make sure you change all the diff / case oils and see if you can take it apart to see the quality of the gears in them.

Get a bumper, grill, and you could even sell the cap for like $500 or so to put towards modification.

>>17027835
>has a serious question
>no one responds
I would say "never change, /org/". But no.

Why don't you want something you can see every day? Wranglers and XJs are probably prolific for good reason. Paint it pink if you want to stand out or something.

Those laredos are pretty much mallgetters, btw. When my friend put them on treads, he had to do a solid axle conversion and it was a pain in the ass. Otherwise, it was a very fun ride for snow.
Stock IFSs would be otay for offroading initially but don't expect to get over rocks and or trees in the path. The other benefit is that you'll be the comfiest person on the trails when you do hit them. Recovery points would be annoying but hey - it's babby's first offroader

I would still recommend you sell it and get a Wrangler or XJ. If they're as common as you say they are, then they should be attainable for under $3000 after you put in all the work.

Grand Cherokees had solid axles until 04. as far as buying a wrangler or XJ and having an operational rig for $3k, not a chance. In Denver beaten up XJs with budget boosts still go for 5-6k and just about any running Wrangler is 10k. I guess I should have elaborated a little more on that, that's why I don't want to buy one of those and it seems that the Montero is about the last decent off-roader to skyrocket in price here but my friend just bought the last clean example with a locker that I've been able to find

>>

Ah, I misread his quote, then. so he didn't do a swap if that's the case.

It could be worth trying to find an XJ elsewhere, then. People always say there are places that stock (or 32+) TJs go for $10 000 but I didn't know it was that common. Maybe you could sustain yourself just by flying out of city, driving TJs to your county every month, and flipping them for double their price as-is. I'm scared to ask: how much are the Land Cruisers going for?

Jew-ry aside, you just gotta be patient, I guess. How much is the WJ? Can you just put it up on CL for $12 000 and see if anyone bites?
Or just continue to drive it into the ground (semi-literally).

It's a shame that literally two posts below yours, there's an anon about to buy an XJ for $1300 >>17027912

I haven't tried them out yet, and I kinda dont see the point as they are worn to about an average of 5.5mm or 7/32 inches.

I'll most likely replace them with a set of Toyo Open Country MT's, Cooper Discoverer STT Pro's or a similar tire during the summer
>>
>>17037912
>5.29 sounds comfy
it is.
ive driven an 80 on 35s with 5.29s. off road it was amazing but on road it was fucking screaming at 55.
initial gearing is 4.10 and iirc stock tires are 31s. if you are only running 33s youre wasting your time with a regear imo. some people regear to 4.56 with 33s but theres really no need, youre practically at a stock ratio with 33s.
i ran 35s on stock gears for like a year and honestly it was fine too. the truck is much better now with 4.88s and 35s but if i wasnt forced into the regear i probably wouldve put it off for another 2 years or so and been fine.

I discovered that engine swaps can be done for under $4000 so I'm hoping to pump some money into a much better engine instead of regearing (or putting up to 35+) any time soon. and alright. So a bump up to 33s would put it down to like 3.8 something.

Taynger is highway at like 3.5 and she has a little gear grinding sound when starting in 1st gear on smooth roads because she struggles to get those wheels turning. But when up to 60+, she really goes!

in the meantime, i'd either go with some sort of new-ish Vee-8 from like 2008 to get my MPGs up or try and settle for an older Merc I-5 turbodiesel if I can find one for cheap.

Can you also put chains on them? That'd actually be so sick to cross ice on or are the wheelwells too restricting?

Yeah, toss some fat discoverers on like those weird Icelandic silverback-gorilla-styled snow rolling hiluxes. They're going to be new, right?
depending on plans and time off, i might be going to ireland (and therefore iceland) in the summer. this means finland too if i have the two weeks. you still have that light bar outside of your cucc shed?
>>
>>17037994
yeah i just responded to your dm. im shocked at how cheap you think you can pull off an engine swap. its usually $20k or more to do a 2uz swap - granted that is a fairly complex swap.
what size tires are you running now? it hought you already had 33s.
merc turbodiesel swap would be amazing. i don tknow shit bout those engines but that would be really cool in a cruiser.

Aye, they're gonna be new unless I find some that are baaaaaaarely used and from a trusted source

We usually do use the metric system, but offroad tires (31x10.5x15, 33x12.5x15 and so on) are always in inches - and so are wheels

Chains wouldn't work well, it would indeed be too tight a fit - but its not much of an issue as these are going to be summer tires

I already have a set of 245/70/16 (30x9.5x16) Hakkapeliitta 8 studded tires that I use for the winter, and those kick ass when it comes to ice - not so much in the deep snow tho. Chances are I'll replace that set with some Goodyear Wrangler Dutratracs in 31x10.5x15, with oversized studs and extra siping, when I've worn out the Hakkapeliittas

nah, we're not logging. just an ex-logging dozer. i'm innadesert so we do a lot of land clearing, getting down to dirt that will actually hold a foundation and the like.
the electric over hydraulic is kinda weird. the thing I miss from the D9 was the very distinct feel you got from it, the fact that you really felt what the machine was doing.
the new dozer just kinda feels like an RC car, i'm not really on board with it. what pisses me off most is the fucking laptop I have to run shit from, and the fact that it'll override me and just be really difficult.

I don't beat the shit out of my machines but sometimes I need to go full boar and this thing just doesn't like that. plus, all the safety lockouts are really damn annoying

Hey guys I posted my rig recently, just after any thoughts on what other upgrades/service items might we worth looking at.
Bit of background ive had pic related for 6 years but only got serious about /org/ in the last year.
Just after a reliable hunting rig, the following has been done:

>bar, winch, driving lights
>CB radio
>snorkel
>2" lift kit inc torsion bars
>wheel alignment
>new 31" mud tyres
>2nd battery
>diff breather extensions
>major service inc. All engine and gear oil, all filters, greased entire drivetrain and suspension, flushed coolant
>replaced brake pads and fluid
>flushed steering fluid
>timing belt and water pump 15k ago

Belts and hoses are sweet.
Clutch will probably need to be done in the next couple years but it doesnt slip yet.
No startup, oil burn/smoke or fuel consumption issues, compression is perfect.

Havent done valve clearance since ive had it.
What else?

You've got manual locking hubs, I'd probably throw one of the budget Lokka brand lockers in the front. You could chuck one in the back, but the truth is those auto lockers will occasionally makes themselves known every now and then out on the road, and if you just want a reliable fuss free pig-rig, when you're not offroad and the hubs are unlocked you won't even know it's there.
If you can afford it, there's always switchable lockers (I'd personally avoid the ARB Air-Leakers).

There's also the previous suggestion of a low boost DIY turbo setup with 2L-T manifolds... :)
>>
>>17041443
Also forgot
>>17041393
You need a dog cage on the back half near the tail gate, a shooting rack and swivel spotlight, and a hydraulic crane to hang and dress the pig.
>>
>>17041448
Lokkas is a good idea, cheers, was waiting on the turbo suggestion again!

Nah not a pig rig, Victorian sambar/high country rig (plz no Spika stickers).

>>
>>17041464
Heh, well, if you want a power upgrade without a real hit to reliability or fuel economy and without the hassle of swapping in a 1KZ, you can't beat the factory turbo'd L series diesel.
If you're not concerned with output however, a locker up either end on top of what you've already done would probably have me content. Maybe shoot for the stars and swap the solid front end in from an LN80 Hilux.

PS; gimme your tyres!

Probably going for one of these, I don't give a fuck that they're not legal and wont pass inspection. I'll just add it to the list of other shit that isnt' approved

>LED bar is not road legal
Gotta have 2 to be legal, and they need to be E-approved and also be within a certain amount of lux
>wheels are too small
16" is allowed, not 15"
>tires are too big
195-215/16 is allowed, not 31x10.15
>reversing lights are wired incorrectly and not legal in that way

So, in a little while there will be a bullbar on that list, aswell as 2 x 60W HID lights mounted on it that will also not be legal
>>
>>17022971
>>17022967
The bumper is for protection when hitting animals. Do you expect to be hitting fairly large animals (deer/livestock) on the road occasionally? This is not unlikely in many places.

Personally I'd use a portable 12V winch kept in the vehicle. Theft concerns, more versatile (general purpose winch). As for tow-points I would make sure of having at least one shackle either available or in place, if the frame allows for them and I expect off-road or just heavy vehicle work.
>>
>>17041393
How many kms has it done?

I attended a training course run by a very respected diesel technician, he recommended doing the injector seat washers every 100k kms on the 1KD and other similar engines, as they tend to wear unevenly and eventually allow combustion gasses to escape into the rocker cover.

The problem comes from the way the injectors are retained: they have a Y shaped bracket that's held down with one bolt, which straddles the injector; this puts more pressure on one side of it, making the washer gradually wear away until it blows.

Also, oil catch cans are nice for keeping your intake manifold from fouling up, and I'd recommend finding a very fine (low micron) post-filter to make sure an absolute minimum amount of dirt is getting into the high pressure pump and injectors. Australian diesel is shit.

I wasn't banned off the discord, I got tired of talking to a bunch of retarded weaboos and europoors who don't actually know a damn thing about cars.
>>17045237
We do have hilux in the US, I own one, they're just not very common is all.

I think he means newer than 95

I meant more the '97+ generation Hiluxes that are still kinda like a compact trucc but not really.

This was brought up by that weird "Ranger superiority" thread where everyone just gets stockholm syndromed into liking their Ranger. Like it's fun to drive but even that califag can't admit that it's the BEST trucc out there.

>>17046854
THEY'RE SPECIAL BECAUSE WE CAN'T HAVE THEM. REE

>tfw looked up importing hiluxes before i got my ranger
>tfw not worth the mexican dealings and fees
>tfw would've been cheaper if i got it to pass emissions and safety

Also:
>tfw no Skjold class Corvette
>tfw no Wärtsilä Inline-7 engine to power the Corvette
>>

How would you know if they dont exist in your country tho? Have you been to Syria for arabic language coursing?
>>

I don't get this post
>>
>>17047073
As in how would he know they arent anything special if he most likely havent driven all three generations after the 1995/MK5
>>
>>17046920
First thing my dad told me when I went used car shopping is not to buy anything from a mexican.

>>
>>17047055
They went IFS just like the tacoma, do you think they made them with some kind of different steel or something?
>>
>>17047019
I can't, mods just delete the posts within minutes.
>>

We're allowed to have ranger circlejerk threads, it's all in good fun.
>>
>>17047106
They are two different trucks
They have different engine options
They have different dimensions
They are designed for different areas of operation
They are built in different parts of the world

I dont think being constructed of the same grade of steel and having IFS constitutes them being identical
>>
>>17047145
>shitting on people for no reason
No, I shit on you because your cars are shit and so are your opinions, get rekt weaboo shitstain
>>17047198
Yes, they are two trucks, I own an 85 toyota pickup, I own a 71 hilux, I have done engine rebuilds, trans rebuilds on the trucks, I've done so much work on various tacomas, 4runners, pickups and etc, I've fucked with many many toyota trucks.
The 90s hilux is the same shit as a 90s toyota pickup, there isn't really any major difference between them.
>>
>>17047219
Those are the same. Read the earlier replies; we are talking 96 and newer - when the Hilux was discontinued in North America and replaced by the Tacoma
>>
>>17047241
>when the Hilux was discontinued in North America and replaced by the Tacoma
Yes, when the toyota pickup was discontinued and replaces with the tacoma, the toyota pickup (hilux) carried on.
>>
>>17046920
>where everyone just gets stockholm syndromed into liking their Ranger
That's brilliant. Remembering that for future, not necessarily Ranger related use.
>>
>>17047249
Yes but not in the fucking US or Canada

Thats the whole point I'm trying to make; one cannot judge the 95+ Hilux on the Toyota Tacoma, as they are two different vehicles and not really related

>>17047106 is saying that they are the "same" because of some vague, arbitrary shit, which is why I wrote what I wrote
>>
>>17047294
>one cannot judge the 95+ Hilux on the Toyota Tacoma, as they are two different vehicles and not really related
Yes, but one can judge the hilux by judging the pickup, which was in the united states until 95, and simply continued to exist.
>>
>>17047300
Yeah except the new hilux is an entirely different vehicle compared to the 95 toyota pickup
>>
>>17047145
similiar
>curious to talk to him I'm sure he just pretends to be retarded
>initially seems okay
>gets into full autism shortly

>retarded opinions that have no base other than just muh contrarianism
>insults and attacks people randomly and jumps to conclusions contsantly
>joins voice chats and starts constantly blabbering and shitting on people just because he thinks someone is listening
>acts like a 12 year old autist "muh toys are better than yours I can do this and that so I'm much better because I skillfully almost drifted off a cliff"
>is a full blown queer furfag and yet hates on everyone who is less degenerate than him
>benchraces the shit out of everything but its okay and he's right because has a wrench set
he's truly top tier piece of shit turboautistic furfag. As a person.
I know a lot of shitposters and they are shitposting for the fun of it not because shitposting is what they truly are.
>>
>>17047307
Yeah, but the new hilux is basically just a tacoma, any toyota pickup from before 95 are the same, no matter where they came from or where they were sold, the pickup continued being sold.
I don't give a fuck about any of the toyotas made past 2000, they are all just riding on the coattails of the original totoya trucks.
>>
>>17047300
Ofcourse you fucking can - they are the same goddamn truck with minor regional differences such as engine options and some equipment

I dont get the point you're trying to make. Are you saying that you can judge a 2015 Hilux based on a 1995 North American Hilux/Pickup?
>>
>>17047336
Its not "basically" a Tacoma, they are radically different in pretty much all ways
>>
>>17047315
>gets into full fursona shortly
never happened
>retarded opinions that have no base other than just muh contrarianism
Not contrarian, just that you happen to be wrong often.
Just because you're often wrong and I call you out on it doesn't mean I'm contrarian
>insults and attacks people randomly and jumps to conclusions contsantly
Weaboos aren't people
>joins voice chats and starts constantly blabbering and shitting on people just because he thinks someone is listening
Yeah man so much productivity going on in that voice chat, how many fucking birds and stupid shitposts do I have to see in 10 minutes?
The fucking birdposting faggot was posting furry shit in the channel, I never did.
Your own people are the problem.
>is a full blown queer furfag and yet hates on everyone who is less degenerate than him
Your entire channel is full of cancer like "traps aren't gay tho" and stupid fucking weaboo trash, homosexuality is rampant, and you call me a degenerate?
I was the only decent person in the entire channel.
>benchraces the shit out of everything but its okay and he's right because has a wrench set
Benchracing is exactly what I don't do, I have real life experience with a lot of vehicles, and I own a bit more than a wrench set, I have an entire garage full of welders and power tools, sand blaster, drill press bench grinder etc etc
Literally everything I do is custom, custom axle swaps, custom motor swaps, custom trans swaps, custom bumpers, custom suspensions on and on and on stay cucked tho, get excited when you buy some stupid bolt on mod like a cold air intake with a shitty spectre air filter, feel good when you bolt that onto your shitbox.
>>
>>17047338
Who the fuck cares about a 2015 hilux?
You're falling for a meme, hurr durr it's a hilux so it's invincible!!!! lol no, it's nothing special, there are differences from a tacoma but to think it's some magical mystical truck is fucking stupid as all hell
>>
>toyota people fighting instead of circlejerking
Never thought I'd see the day
>>
>>17047365
Aaaand we're claiming shit

When did I write anything here about the Hilux being better? All I've written has been about the Tacoma and Hilux being different vehicles

I never said you were supposed to care, but the topic *was* 96 and newer Hiluxes, at which you/someone said that one might aswell own a Tacoma, at which the "discussion" about what the differences between those two are started.

Also; I'd buy an Isuzu D-Max if I was buying new, not a Hilux
>>
>>17047399
it's just mightybenz thinking he's hot shit because he borrows his buddy's shop to do work on his shitty rusting truck, nothing new don't sweat it.
