Forza on /ovg/ isn't really as prevalent anymore that's pretty much obvious. I was told that there was a club for it but I never got clear enough information about it. I joined WAT instead just for the perks of being with one but I haven't heard anything from its members directly.

For me, Forza suffers from its online system. The game needs club sessions (unless it already has them but I'm not aware), not invite only sessions.

Also the fact no one tried to host some races. The game's nature makes it a perfect pick-up racer, and I'd wager that if someone created an impromptu session some guys would join.

It should unlock all the DLCs.
As for content you'll need all the content yes. Last time I checked I had a 4.1 GB .7z file for cars and a 1 GB .7z file for cars, but I may be missing the very last update (which includes the new Porsche, don't know if the mega folder was updated).

Apparently it is because Codies' accountants are notoriously stingy when allocating funding to games these days. Hence why the Escort Mk2 in the Dirt series is still McRae's modern one from 2005 instead of an authentic RS1600. Grand Valley 300 update

New mod requests are closed, sign-ups still open if you want to choose the color of your car. There are still 6 spots left before the track hits its limit, not sure how easy it is to add more pitboxes. If someone has advice regarding this, or can do it if needed, I would be most thankful.

I've also updated the download links for the M5 and the NSX as I forgot to package the base cars for the chosen upgrades so the cars couldn't be chosen in SP mode. AFAIK it doesn't fuck with joining the server as the content is there, so it should be fine for most.

Ultimate if you dig the car packs. VIP has its uses but might not justify the purchase of a higher edition. Keep in mind that even with the ultimate edition you'll still have to purchase the expansion pass and some car packs (Porsche notably).
Sales happen quite often so holding off a little bit more is doable.

Here. Stock to stock, the easiest to spot an 8 from a 9 is the reworked front bumper. The 9 has two holes that can be quite memorable, which the 8 does't have.
