Well are you looking to do it yourself, or pay someone else? A fix like woild be pretty straightforward to do yourself, and depending on whether or not you just want to hammer out the dent or replace the fender, it can cost just about nothing.

Also, replacement headlight, didn't realize it was cracked at first glance, it shouldn't be hard to do at all either, maybe $50 for the part itself

Well thats good to here its actually a cheap fix. I have a mechanic who will fix things for a really low price.
Im assuming that the handle is an easy as well.
I cant tell how serious the accident this car was in but its worth a look.
