Depends what you're talking about. The gutter drops in first stage are mostly fine in theory.. But the way they're shown to be done by Takumi is pure anime bullshit. You'd need to brake and lose a lot of speed entering, and be careful as fuck with the exit to roll out of the gutter with the wheel at the perfect angle to cause minimal disturbance to the suspension. If you hit those fuckers going too fast you'll probably flip. In the anime and manga it's said he doesn't slow down for them at all.

The weight shifting technique shown against the Miata is adapted from rally - also pure anime bullshit as shown, it's done for several seconds which obviously would never work. But for a split second, you can throw enough of the weight to the rear and outside of a corner to take small little jumps with the one wheel on situations where the surface gives out. We're talking fractions of a second on a good day.
