K so here is where things get awkward, depending on where you live, normal rental places might not even let a 19yo drive off the lot in a subcompact shitbox, even if an over 21 is listed as the primary.

You would almost have better luck begging a dealership for an extended test drive or maybe some kind of independent company will do it, someone who specializes in gaudy shit for proms.

The big ones like enterprise/hertz will tell you to fuck off.

I think your best bet is to try and bug a dealership to let him grab a corvette or a challenger/viper or something like that, or grab a pimped out nigger-style limo. No rental company is going to let him drive even a ford fiesta.
