I was in a car accident, other driver failed to yield on left turn and did not react or slow down at all.
My insurance has me at 0% fault
Hers originally didn't want to pay out at all and now says is willing to pay 70-80% but only if I accept negligence
I'm not willing to take any fault especially because it will make my premiums go up
What should I do? The property damage is only about 2k so it might be less money to eat the loss than accept fault
Stand behind your insurance
Also don't doubt yourself

Exactly this
Lawyer up if you have to

Sue them in court.
If your 0% at fault with a police report saying so, you can't lose. They are trying to scare you into taking it like a bitch.

The police report is retarded. It cites her for failing to yield but in the text says no fault could be determined as we both say we had greens.

Also the officer even got the speed limit wrong.

Court it is then (unless court costs and all that will exceed just repairing the car). Invest in a dashcam next time though, and for now try to compile witnesses.

The only option.
Tell them to fuck off and pay 100% without negligence, get a lawyer if necessary.
Is there a timeframe after which you can't take it to court? I am going out or the country for 1.5wks coming up soon and it'd be about 1 month since the accident when I get back
Just take it to court. Without doubt, you'd win 100%. Everything is in your favor.
You won't even have to pay any lawyer fees out of pocket, since the case is already won.
