All of them. The cops here have impound periods written into law, and all their buddies are the tow contractors, so the cops use law here to force your patronage to their buddies tow/impound lots. So if your car is impounded for 7 days by law, you're forced to pay a full 7 days rate, which can be anything they want typically $120/day

I used to live in an apartment complex that was trolled by tow truck companies. The had like 5 visitor spots for the entire complex but they were always filled by the same people. It was so bad I couldn't even have my parents stop over for an hour or so to visit because they could get towed. Complaints to the office about the predatory towing were completely ignored, so I just said fuck em. scanned my parking pass, switched the numbers around and printed out copies for everyone who was visiting.
