ITT: We post all of the non-maintenance repairs we have ever done on our cars and you guess what car we have.

I'll start:

>Valve-body selonoid pack.
>One O2 sensor
>Rusted AC line.
>Busted AC compressor
>PCV valve.
>Vacuum lines for cruise control.
>Radiator asploded last Tuesday with no warning. Pic related is the damaged replacement part I got in the mail. Fixed it yesterday.
>>
>Non-maintenance repairs.
>because I'm afraid of people disagreeing me modding my vehicle
>>
Upkeep is important if you intend to keep the car. Or don't want to have to buy a new car every three months.
>>
>ac busted
>radiatir asploded
what shit car?
>>
auto to manual swap
rear drum to disc and bigger fronts
engine swap
lightweight flywheel and more aggressive clutch
silicon hoses
radiator replacement two weeks ago
turbo replacement over the weekend
>>
Rust, rust rust rust rust rust rust rust- nothing else.
>>
Oh god here we go.
Rear end x2, spider gears in rear x2, lsd install x1, gears
Trans x3, Trans rebuild x1
Engine x3, engine rebuild x1
Nose (including bumper cover and reinforcement) x3
Fuel pump upgraded to aftermarket with wiring harness upgrade
Shocks, bushings and ball joints at 300k MI
Water pump x2
Radiator x2

I've hydrolocked 2 engines, spun bearings in one other, blown out 4 rears, lost 3rd and 4th in multiple transmissions and totally fucked another, I race on the weekends, spend hours fucking around offroad, and generally drive the piss out of it.

>hardened steel balance shaft gear fucking shredded after walking itself off the shaft
>>
>>16950959
with hardened parts the set screw torque is 3x higher because without a taper it's the only thing holding it axially.
>>
>>16950989
no set screw, it's pressed on.

Right brand.
> me >>16953424
Aluminum block, though. Chrysler's 3.5 and 4.0 V6's were aluminum after like, 1997.
>>16950051
I just pushed it back out and straightened the fins.

Use a small screw-driver, desu, best results.
