No over the phone reservations for later date or pre-payments. Either you come and get it or anyone is free to get it before you get back from trip, get a loan, consider other options, sell your current ride or sort out whatever else bullshit situation you have.

I never write this when selling something, because i consider it implied. All too often I've had someone who was going to "definitely buy it in a week when they back in town" but are never heard from again, while other potential buyers get something else during this waiting time.

It means it's such a good deal and/or such an awesome car that anyone who sees it will have to buy it. Basically "will sell fast", to encourage people to call quickly rather than wait around to see if the price drops (like I always do)
